Healthcare vendor introductions

The right vendor already exists. Finding them is the problem.

I help healthcare providers, MSOs, and life sciences companies find the service partners that actually fit their specialty, their stage, and their size.

No directories, no lead forms, no reseller markup. One introduction at a time, to a company I can tell you something real about.

A few things I have matched
Primary care organization

Large chronic condition panels and generalist clinicians carrying them. Patients drifting between visits, hypertension and diabetes taking most of a year to get under control.

Introduced to

A clinical execution platform that supports clinicians at the point of care and runs the follow-up between visits, rather than another dashboard telling them what they already know.

3xfaster time to control
Behavioral health group

Therapists finishing notes at home most nights. Two general purpose scribe tools trialled and dropped, both built on primary care encounters.

Introduced to

An AI documentation vendor already live in outpatient mental health, with templates that hold up for therapy sessions and intake assessments.

2 hrsback per clinician, per night
Primary care group, six locations

Specialist referrals leaving the group and never coming back. No one could say how many, or where they went, until the quarterly payer report arrived.

Introduced to

A referral management vendor that tracks the loop end to end and works with independent groups rather than only health systems.

+27 ptsin-network referral capture
Biotech

First outsourced programme, small internal team, and every large CRO quoting off a rate card built for pharma.

Introduced to

A CRO that takes projects at that size and assigns senior people to them, instead of treating a small sponsor as overflow work.

The problem

Every vendor says they serve healthcare. Almost none serve yours.

An AI scribe trained on primary care notes falls apart in behavioral health. A practice management platform designed for a single clinic breaks the moment you acquire your fourth location. A CRO that runs large late stage oncology programmes is the wrong partner for a company of nine people.

You find this out four months into the contract.

I only put forward companies I can tell you something specific about. What they are good at, where they fall short, and who else like you they work with.

What I cover

The categories providers ask about most.

Technology and AI

Clinical and administrative software, automation, and AI tools that have been deployed somewhere that looks like you.

Operations and back office

Practice management, MSO support, credentialing, compliance, and the operational partners a growing platform needs.

Life sciences services

CROs, CDMOs, lab services, clinical trial support, and commercialisation partners for pharma, biotech, and device companies.

How it works

Three steps, and you talk to the vendor directly.

01

Tell me the problem, not the product category

What is breaking, what you have tried, your specialty, your size, and your payer mix. Ten minutes on a call is enough.

02

I come back with two or three names, or none

Each one with why it fits you specifically. If nothing in my network genuinely matches, I say so and point you elsewhere. That happens, and it is a more useful answer than a bad introduction.

03

You take the conversation from there

I make the introduction and step back. No involvement in your pricing, your contract, or your diligence.

Who I am

Akim Guennani

I run Lartico Capital, a healthcare M&A practice working with owners of home care, primary care, and behavioral health businesses. That work puts me in front of operators, sponsors, and the service companies that sell into them, all week.

The vendor introductions came out of those conversations. Providers kept asking me the same question, whether I knew someone who did a specific thing for their specific kind of business, and often I did.

It stays deliberately small. I only introduce companies I can describe accurately, which limits volume and is the point.

How I work

  • Two or three names, never a list of twenty
  • I tell you the trade-offs, not just the pitch
  • No exclusivity with any vendor
  • If nothing fits, I tell you that instead
  • Free for the provider

Tell me what you are trying to fix.

A short email is enough to start. Your specialty or stage, roughly your size, and what is not working.

I reply within one business day, usually with a question before a recommendation. If I do not know anyone worth introducing you to, that is what you will hear.
